Taste from the DWI

Wine Tasting

DWI is the place to be every Wednesday for the best wine tasting program in the Highlands.  For just $10 we feature at least 6 wines for you to taste, discuss and enjoy from 6pm to 8pm.  Tasting notes from the winery will also be provided if they are available, and we provide complementary cheeses as well.

To make this program even more spectacular, when you finish your tasting, we take the $10 fee for each person off your dinner check.  This is a great opportunity to sample our extensive wine list and to introduce yourself to new wines.

Periodically we will feature wines from a single winery and have a representative from the winery or distributor on hand to host the tasting and answer questions.  It is both a fun and educational experience that you will want to enjoy with us every week.

Chef’s Table

Looking for a unique dinning experience or a great way to make an impression on an important business client, celebrate a special occasion, or just enjoy a special evening with friends or family?  Then DWI‘s Chef’s Table is your answer.

You and your guests will dine in our semi-private room with access to the kitchen so the Chef Tyler can custom design your dinning experience through each course to your food selections that will make your experience personalized and unique to your taste.  Tyler will visit your table with each course to describe his creation and answer any questions.  We ask that you plan at least two hours to fully enjoy this special culinary experience.

Special dinners at the chef’s table are available by reservation only and requires 5 to 8 people.  The price for this special dinner is based on your requested food selections and any special requests you may have, but will typically range from $50 to $75 per person.  You can also include wine parings for each course for a fixed price or select your own wines from V I N E’s extensive wine list.
